Primary Sports Premium
Primary Sports Premium is ring-fenced money for improving PE in primary schools.
As a locally based Trust, we have the opportunity to develop the PE offered to primary aged children across the Trust, using the Primary Sports Premium and PE Grant. Our use of the grant focuses on five key areas.

- Primary PE Lead and sports coaches to enhance or extend current opportunities through after-school clubs and activities over lunchtimes.
- Support and involve the least active children by providing targeted activities, through after-school clubs and activities over lunchtimes.
- Support midday Meal Supervisors on games and resources to promote activity during lunchtimes.
- Catch up swimming for Year 6 children who have not achieved 25m in summer term post SATs.
2. Increase the profile of PE and sport across the school (and Trust) as a tool for whole-school improvement.
